These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cadizstudio.com and any web design services provided by Cadiz Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Miami, Florida. By contacting us or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Cadiz Studio provides professional website design and development services for local businesses, including but not limited to: website design, mobile optimization, SEO setup, Google Business Profile configuration, domain registration assistance, and ongoing website maintenance.
The specific scope of work for each project is defined in the Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed before work begins.
All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon your approval of the final delivered website. Work does not begin until the deposit is received.
Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, and cash. A formal invoice will be sent to your email from hello@cadizstudio.com prior to each payment.
If final payment is not received within 14 days of project completion and approval, Cadiz Studio reserves the right to take the website offline until payment is received.
Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions. A revision round means the client reviews the draft and submits consolidated feedback, which we then implement. Additional revision rounds beyond those included are available at $75 per round and must be agreed upon in writing via email.
Revisions do not include new features, new pages, or fundamental changes to the design direction. Those are treated as new work and quoted separately.
Timelines begin from the date the deposit is received AND all required client materials (logo, photos, content, etc.) are submitted. Delays in providing materials will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns their domain name, all website content, and all design assets created specifically for their project. Cadiz Studio retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio.
Cadiz Studio acts as the technical administrator of client domains and hosting. The client is always the legal registrant of their domain. Cadiz Studio will never transfer domain ownership to itself.
Monthly care plans are governed by a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA). Care plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. "Small updates" are defined in the SLA and do not include new page design or new feature development.
Cadiz Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use your website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Either party may terminate a project before completion with written notice. If the client terminates after work has begun, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If Cadiz Studio terminates, the deposit will be refunded minus the value of work already completed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
